“The Maryland Democratic Party condemns the terrorist attack on two mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand. As we learn more about what transpired, our hearts and minds remain with the victims and their loved ones. The Maryland Democratic Party is proud of the diversity in our state, nation, and world. We are intent on cultivating a climate of peace, love and respect for all. We stand in solidarity with the Muslim community and strongly condemn the hateful acts wrought by those harboring Islamophobic and white supremacist sentiments.”
