Republican Larry Hogan Doubles Down on Refusing to Oppose Anti-Abortion Rights Judges
Hogan would turn Senate control over to Republicans and help push forward an extreme anti-abortion rights agenda
The Dispatch reported that Trump-endorsed Republican Larry Hogan, who was recruited to run for Senate by Republican Leader Mitch McConnell and promises to caucus with Republicans, is doubling down on his refusal to oppose judges who are hostile to abortion rights. In an interview, Hogan said he didn’t “believe” in having tests for judges which would allow Mitch McConnell and his allies to stack the courts.
Hogan would turn the Senate over to Republicans so they can push forward their extreme agenda, including a nationwide abortion ban and packing the courts with anti-abortion rights judges.
