Job Description:
Adeo is a woman-owned and run political consulting and strategic communications firm based in Baltimore, Maryland. Our Political division works with Democratic candidates and office-holders at the federal, state, and local levels of public service to develop and execute fundraising strategies. Client Account Managers serve as a key point of contact for Adeo Political’s clients, managing day-to-day relationships and activities and ensuring deliverables are met.
Account Managers at Adeo bring intensity, urgency, and focus to their role as trusted advisors to clients and leaders and provide support through all steps of the high-dollar fundraising process, supporting candidates for elected office in their day-to-day fundraising activities and as key members of a productive and positive work environment.
This role requires a high level of professionalism and sound judgment when working with sensitive information and engaging directly with senior leaders, elected officials, and other key stakeholders. Successful candidates will possess a keen attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and be proficient in basic functions of Microsoft office tools.
Regular roles and responsibilities for Account Managers include:
- Researching and preparing documents related to various high-dollar fundraising activities
- Staffing clients in donor interactions including call times, one-on-one meetings, and larger political events
- Tracking and communicating account success metrics to team members and clients
- Producing strong written deliverables for internal and external use.
A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required. Prior campaign or fundraising experience and/or working knowledge of NGP and ActBlue are helpful but not required.
