Job Title: Campaign Data Fellow

Expected Commitment: 12-15 hrs/wk
About the Role
Our campaign is seeking Campaign Data Fellows to support the backend systems that keep a field
program running. This fellowship is ideal for someone interested in campaign operations, voter data,
analytics, and the behind-the-scenes work that makes direct voter contact possible.
Data Fellows will work closely with campaign staff to support list preparation, data cleanup, reporting, and
phonebank logistics.
Responsibilities
● Assist with voter file and list support
● Prepare and organize phonebank lists
● Help with data entry, cleanup, and quality control
● Support volunteer follow-up and confirmation work
● Assist with backend reporting and tracking
● Help staff maintain organized outreach systems
What We’re Looking For
● Strong attention to detail
● Comfort working with spreadsheets, lists, and data systems
● Reliability and organization
● Interest in campaign operations and political data
● Ability to complete detail-oriented tasks accurately and on time
Preferred
● Students interested in politics, public policy, analytics, or operations
● Applicants with experience using spreadsheets or campaign tools
● Local applicants strongly encouraged
