At Maryland Senate Dems, we are committed to understanding and sharing power with the communities we serve, particularly those who are underrepresented or marginalized. This includes, but is not limited to, people of color, disabled people, women, and LGBTQ people. As we seek to staff our caucus program, we strongly encourage job candidates who are a part of, or identify with, these populations we aim to center in our work.

Interested candidates should submit their resume and a cover letter to Deputy Director Natalie Lynch, [email protected], with the subject line, “Campaign Manager.”
